Dr. Rajendra KC is an expert in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Entrepreneurship, Networking, Project Management, and social leadership with substantial experience in the National and International Political, Educational, Agricultural, Hospitality and Social sectors. He has a Doctorate degree in Public Administration from the United States of America, and he has an honorary Doctorate in Philosophy from Dr. KN Modi University in India. He was awarded the Nepal Bidhya Bhusan class "A" by the Nepal government. Additionally, he earned a Peter Drucker Management Excellence Award in 2023 in New Delhi as well as a Mahatma Buddha Peace Prize at the House of Commons in London, United Kingdom. Mr. KC has held a variety of positions across a wide range of professions. He served as the founding Chairperson of the Nepal PhD Association and the Rural Environment and Development Association (REDA-Nepal).
Dr. KC served as the Chairperson of Hope International College as well as Kamana International College. Mr. KC now serves as the founding Campus Chief for Southwestern State College, as well as the founding Chairperson of the Nepal Private College Association and the Chairperson of Filosofika Nepal. Additionally, he serves as the founding Chairperson of Budhanikantha Heritage Ltd., the Southwestern Center for PhD Studies, and the University of Three Generations.
