Conference Manuscript Template

ICTP 2026 follows the IEEE standard format. The manuscript should be 4 pages including all charts, illustrations, and figures. The abstract should be limited to 150 words.
Authors are strongly encouraged to use the IEEE conference templates:

• Microsoft Word – A4 (Updated 2024)
• LaTeX Template (Updated 2024)
• LaTeX Bibliography Files

Paper Publications

Accepted papers that are presented at the conference will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and indexed in SCOPUS, ORCID, and WoS. Authors must ensure IEEE PDF compliance using IEEE PDF Xpress.

Author Notification & Copyright

Acceptance/rejection notifications will be sent to the corresponding author. Accepted papers require authors to complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF). This grants IEEE rights to use, publish, and archive the work in multiple formats.

Registration

All accepted authors must register and present their work in person. Visa invitation letters will be issued upon successful registration and payment.
