Registration fee and other Policies

The fee is charged per person, with available discounts for group registrations and students.
Each registration includes two manuscript presentations. Additional manuscript submissions can be accommodated for an extra fee.
The fee covers the conference kit, lunch, coffee, cookies, and a one-day conference dinner. A detailed breakdown is provided in the registration materials.
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Participants are responsible for their own lodging arrangements, and a list of recommended hotels near the venue is available.
Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. Clear deadlines are established for early bird, regular, and on-site registration to facilitate timely processing.
A comprehensive cancellation policy is in place, detailing refund deadlines and any applicable administrative fees.
International participants can request a visa invitation letter.
